Travis Kelce showers his mom Donna with LAVISH GIFTS for Mother’s Day as Chiefs star ‘SPLURGES $5,000 on Dior DRESS and more on French red wine’
Travis Kelce has showered his mom, Donna, with several lavish gifts for Mother’s Day as the Kansas City Chiefs star splurged $5,000 on a Dior dress and more on French wine.
According to The U.S. Sun, a source close to the Kelce’s revealed that Travis teamed up with his older brother, Jason, to make sure that Donna felt the love from her boys on Mother’s Day this year.
The insider told the outlet that the annual celebration is ‘very, very special’ to the two Super Bowl champions.
Nonetheless, they treated their mother to two bottles of red wine: a 1988 Domaine Leroy-Vosne Romanee Premier cru Les Beaux Monts, which costs $3,900, and a 2018 Pomerol, which was bought for $7,900.
A $5,000 Dior shirt dress that ‘showcases the House’s hallmark Toile de Jouy motif in navy blue’ was also added into the mix of presents.
Sewed in cotton voile, the mid-length shirt dress features a tiny collar and patterns of jungle animals, trees and plants around the waist and along its lengthy silhouette.
‘She has to be looking like a star now as she has a lot of spotlight on her,’ the source said about Donna’s latest wardrobe addition.
‘She is also turning into a very successful businesswoman.’
Donna, who shared several tips of some of her recipes before her Travis played in Super Bowl LVIII in Las Vegas this year, is in line to potentially have her own cooking show, according to The U.S. Sun.
‘Donna loves wine, she is a lady with very good taste who enjoys the finer things in life,’ the insider said.
‘They decided to get her some very rare and special wines for the occasion, for her personal collection, and maybe to keep for special celebrations.’
Donna wasn’t the only woman to be spoiled by her son recently, as Travis also gifted his girlfriend Taylor Swift an $11,700, 2.55 Chanel handbag, $1,840 Chanel rectangle sunglasses, and expensive macarons from Maison Pierre Herme, according to The U.S. Sun.
