BREAKING NEWS: Travis Kelce speaks out on day leaked ‘contract’ claimed he was going to announce split from Taylor Swift “NOTHING CAN CHANGE THAT”
Travis Kelce took to social media to share a post about football the day a leaked ‘contract’ claimed he and Taylor Swift were to announce a breakup.
The contract is widely believed to be fake, and Kelce’s camp were quick to call it ‘entirely false and fabricated’, but it claimed the duo were set to announce their split on September 28.
The breakup date stipulated in the alleged contract has now passed without any fanfare, and without any news about a split.
On Saturday, Kelce took to X to share his disappointment about a recent football game in a tweet addressed to his teammate, quarterback Patrick Mahomes.
‘Really thought the bearcats were gonna find a way to win that one at the end…,’ he wrote on X before adding the acronym for ‘shaking my head.’
Mahomes shared a GIF of Raider Red, one of the mascots of Texas Tech University, as he jokingly rubbed it in Kelce’s face that the team the quarterback was cheering for, the Texas Tech Red Raiders, won over the tight end’s, the Cincinnati Bearcats, with a final score of 44-41 on Saturday.
On that day, Kelce appeared to just be watching a college football game with his Kansas City Chiefs teammate.
He made no mention of his girlfriend nor the contract that alleged their ‘PR relationship’ would end and the pair would announce a split on September 28.
Earlier this month, a photo of the aforementioned contract from his PR company was leaked.
The document, which was first posted on Reddit, outlined a detailed plan to release an official statement regarding their breakup at the end of the month.
The leaked ‘contract’ has since been branded ‘entirely false and fabricated’ by Kelce’s camp.
His representatives claimed they had brought in lawyers to try to find whoever created the ‘unlawful and injurious forgery of documents.’
The day after, on Sunday afternoon, Kelce was spotted strolling into the SoFi Stadium ahead of the Chiefs game against the Los Angeles Chargers.

Despite fans waiting with bated breath to spot the pair together for the first time since the ‘breakup’ date — as she missed last weekend’s game in Atlanta — she also skipped out on his game in Los Angeles.
This also marks a year since the pair confirmed and shared their highly publicized romance with the world.
On September 24, 2023, the Grammy-winning singer attended her first Kansas City Chiefs game.
After the AFC title game last year, Swift went onto the field to congratulate the tight end, who may be Super Bowl-bound again as he and his teammates take on the Week 4 game, with a kiss.
She was also spotted in attendance at the Super Bowl game last year to cheer him on even in between her Eras Tour concerts in Asia.
