Brittany Mahomes breaks tradition and displays her weight lifting form with a very noticeable Pregnancy belly
Brittany Mahomes is pregnant with her third child with Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes, but that isn’t stopping her from getting a good work out in. She showed Instagram how she still lifts weights even when her crazy life and her noticeable baby bump try to get in the way.
Her experience bringing 3-year-old daughter Sterling and 1-year-old son Bronze into the world taught Brittany how to stay proactive in the gym, even when that baby belly begins to get in the way. Her recent Instagram story revealed the perfect hip exercises to strengthen an area particularly affected by pregnancy.
A former pro soccer player, the 29-year-old knows her way around the gym. It’s a legacy she passes on to her children along with Patrick in their sports-crazed family.
“I make sure the kids are staying active and they know this is the kind of life we live. We don’t just sit in the house and watch TV,” she said in a recent interview with WHOOP.
Soon, that active lifestyle will grow by one. The Mahomes family announced in July that she is pregnant with a baby girl. Mahomes’ due date is unconfirmed, but estimations place it around the beginning of 2025, making a Chiefs playoff or Super Bowl baby a possibility.
In the interview with WHOOP, Brittany described her daily trip to her personally customized gym in their Kansas City mansion as essential “me time” in her day. She needs it now more than ever, not only with a new baby on the way, but also in light of her newfound position as a controversial influence in the 2024 Presidential Election.
