Jason and Travis Kelce’s Big ‘New Heights’ Announcement Has Fans in a Frenzy
Jason and Travis Kelce sent fans into a frenzy after it was announced that their podcast is getting a new format—well, sort of.
During the Cleveland Cavaliers NBA game on Tuesday, March 5—which they attended together, as they were honored by their hometown team with their very own bobbleheads—an advertisement that flashed across the scoreboard screen during the sporting event confirmed they were taking their show on the road.
The popular podcast is preparing to have a live show next month, with the Kansas City Chiefs tight end and newly-retired former Philadelphia Eagles center hitting University of Cincinnati’s Nippert Stadium to record an episode on April 11.

The news got plenty of reactions from fans across social media, effectively sending people into a frenzy as they attempted to figure out how they were going to plan out travel from their respective cities to make it to Ohio next month.
“I live in Columbus. I WILL be there,” one native of the state responded on a Reddit thread, adding, “And my best friend who lives in Omaha will be coming to Ohio for this.”
“I really adore how much they love where they are from,” someone else gushed of the siblings’ pride, while another agreed, “I love how “Hometown” these guys are. Always giving love to where they are from.”
A fourth even suggested they’d be willing to skip work for the event: “Might play hookey from work and check it out.”
Two more confirmed their excitement with, “How do I convince my husband that I need to make this trip from Texas? ,” and “VA resident here but more than willing to drive up!”
Meanwhile, another social media fan used one of Travis’ favorite words, writing, “Nippert has a capacity of 40 thousand, this is going to be electric.”
It is unclear if this is the only planned live show or if the brothers will visit a select number of other cities, and tickets are not yet available. However, the official X account of the podcast noted that there is “more info coming soon.”
New Heights launched in 2022 and has quickly grown to top the charts. According to Spotify, it was the Top Sports Podcast Globally, the Top Sports Podcast in the U.S. and the Top American Football Podcast in the U.S. for 2023, per intel Sports Illustrated received, so there’s plenty of evidence to back up the fact that the hosting duo will likely be able to fill up a football stadium. But of course, they’ve obviously done it plenty of times in the past.
