The billionaire SKIMS founder recently found herself making an unexpected property decision during a girls’ trip to Palm Springs with her mother, Kris Jenner, sister Khloé Kardashian and several of her celebrity friends. But what started as a fun-filled getaway involving weed gummies, laughter and family bonding eventually turned into an unforgettable house-hunting adventure.

The surprising moment unfolded during the November 5 episode of Hulu’s The Kardashians, where Kim revealed how an unexpected idea led her to reconsider her existing Palm Springs property and pursue a house situated between her estate and that of her younger half-sister, Kylie Jenner.
And surprisingly, the entire adventure began after the group enjoyed some weed gummies during their journey to the desert!

As the women boarded their private jet, Kim announced that she had brought gifts for everyone. Those gifts turned out to be cannabis gummies, immediately setting the tone for what would become an entertaining trip.
Kris appeared particularly excited about the experience, while Khloé couldn’t hide her amusement at the prospect of spending time with her mother after taking the gummies.
However, nobody could have predicted that the trip would eventually involve an unexpected real estate transaction.

Upon arriving at Palm Springs, Kim took her guests around her family’s impressive properties, explaining how the Kardashian-Jenner family had established a unique arrangement connecting their backyards.
Kim revealed that Kris and Kylie already had hidden pathways running through their properties, allowing family members to move between their homes without having to walk through the front entrances.

The secret pathways, cleverly concealed by hedges, had become one of the family’s favourite features.
But Kim had another idea.
She discovered that the property situated between her land and Kylie’s home was available for sale. Immediately, she began imagining how purchasing the neighbouring house could allow her to extend the family’s private backyard connections.

Rather than simply discussing the possibility, Kim decided to investigate the property.
With the enthusiasm of someone who had just discovered an exciting opportunity, she suggested that the group take one of her golf carts and explore the neighbouring home’s backyard.
The women happily joined her, although Kim acknowledged that their little adventure technically amounted to trespassing.
“Don’t try this at home, guys,” she jokingly warned during her confessional.
