Taylor Swift Shows Off Wedding Ring While Cheering for Travis Kelce at Chiefs Season Opener
Taylor Swift was back in familiar territory on Monday, September 14, but this time with a visible reminder of a major change in her life.
The singer, who is 36 years old, went to the first game of the season of her husband’s team, the Kansas City Chiefs, which was played against the Denver Broncos at Arrowhead Stadium. Taylor Swift wore not only her wedding band but also the engagement ring during the game.
It marked Swift’s first Chiefs game since she and Kelce married on July 3 at Madison Square Garden in New York City

Swift watched the game from a suite, where her rings were clearly visible as she clapped and celebrated during the Chiefs’ performance.
Her wedding band was worn alongside her old mine-cut diamond engagement ring designed by Kindred Lubeck. Footage shared by a fan account on Instagram also showed Swift touching and turning the ring on her finger during the game.
For the outing, Swift leaned into Chiefs colors with a gingham collared dress. She paired the look with her shorter hairstyle and red lipstick.
Swift appeared at the Grammy Museum on August 18 for “The Icon Sessions with Taylor Swift: A 20-Year Retrospective,” roughly six weeks after the wedding.
During the event, she performed a piano medley that included “I Knew It, I Knew You,” “August” and “All Too Well.” Close-up footage from the performance showed both her wedding band and engagement ring.
For that appearance, Swift wore a sheer sage-green Dôen dress featuring a deep-red shoulder embellishment, along with round pendant earrings. Her hair was styled in an updo with bangs, completed with berry-toned lipstick.
